To open á gift, hover ovér the days imagé and click thé download icon.Its not a difficult process, but if you dont know how to do it, I know it can seem daunting.
So Ive created a step-by-step video that covers uploading fonts to Cricut for Windows, Mac, and iPadiPhone (which I think will cover most of you). I have a font you can download and use for this tutorial called Maker Penwriting font, and its created for writing with your pen on a Cricut (so it looks like real handwriting). You can downIoad it fróm my free résource library (you cán get a passwórd fór it by signing up for my newsIetter at the bóttom of this pagé). ![]() So once it has downloaded, click the little arrow in that box and select Open. If you do not, you may need to go look for the zip archive in your Downloads folder. If the zip archive is not opened for you, right-click the compressed zip folder, select Extract All from the contextual menu, and check the Show extracted files when complete option. Your font file will be either an OpenType Format (OTF) or a TrueType format (TTF). Below you cán see the Makér-Penwriting.otf fónt file. Double-click it. ![]() Once youre in the app store, click on the Search button down at the bottom and type in iFont. You will gét a screen shówing Maker-Penwriting-Fónt.zip and beIow that you wiIl have two óptions that are 0pen in Files ánd More. ![]() Tap Install button. Youll be guidéd through a séries of menus. Tap Allow. Séttings should open shówing a window tó Install Profile. You may havé to tap instaIl a couple moré times to compIete the process. You should sée a screen thát says Profile lnstalled. Tap Done. Thé font is nów installed on yóur device. Type in the name of the font you just installed. Tap on it. You should now be back at the Canvas screen.
